No? Read on to find one!
The Ekornes Stressless recliner chair line Is one of the most popular seats in the world. This chair is built in Norway and is super reliable.
Ekorner stressless chairs are for leisure’s and are often referred to as the cream of the crop when it comes to reclining in style and comfort. The price you pay ranges from $1,000 to $4,000, depending on what model you purchase.
Summary: A very comfortable recliner with Soul-soothing reclining functionality. While it’s looks are nothing brag about, it performs, and that is more value than the usual recliner’s offers.
I thought this was a really, really comfortable chair. I loved the ottoman. I thought it was better than having the usual sort of kicked-out shelf that comes with most recliners. I wish I could have sat in it for week!
The Vegas Stressless Chair is one of the more common one. Upholstered in leather and rich in features, the chair offers you a first-class flight feel, or a modern but super comfy living room recliner. The look of the chair is familiar and a bit shaggy.
In the aspect of looks, this appears to be American made as the pads hang down and wrinkle. The chair is wide in the back and has low-slung armrests. It comes with an ottoman dressed in the same leather, and with the same new-but-worn look.
Erkoness Stressless Vegas Chair Review
This stressless recliner chair is designed to be exceedingly comfortable with excellent functionality. Do not be deceived by the looks, this chair performs beyond measures!
Pros and Cons
The support, recliner, comfort, and the pedigree of the chair are all great and pretty hard to top. It’s hard you’ll discover a recliner this packed with functionality at a big-box chain.
The chair’s value should be made higher, and it lacks plenty of beauty. However, I like it just the way it is.
The ‘X’ Factor
It’s is a super comfortable, reasonably supportive, and it has better than average (for a usual recliner) looks. As expected, the price is high, but this recliner will fit almost every living room. That doesn’t negatively affect it when it comes to delivering the deep, balanced comfort it advertises.
Ekornes Stressless Recliner Reviews
The Vegas Stressless Chair was comfortable for my husband and me. To get the most, I sat in the chair at work for about four days, and I never felt the need to stand up and stretch or anything like that; In fact, I felt the urge to nap!
The chairs’ back and set are tilted a bit and are at an even more slightly obtuse angle. Whichever angle you pick is both broad and accommodating.
My husband stated, “the ottoman is at the right height”. I was impressed he loved the seat – the first time he ever felt like commenting recliners.
The only issue I had was less-than-optimal head support. While there is an alternative to order an extended headrest for the chair, the unit I had lacked it and I was forced to sit up a bit more than I would have liked.
In the end, this chair really is a superb recliner in terms of comfortability.
In terms of support and ergonomics, the Ekornes Stressless office chairs are rated A+. I also loved the comfortability and feel and dislike the headrest issue described by the first customer above, in which I had to sit up more than I usually would.
The armrests are a bit low, but then, when you’re in a state of recline for most of your sitting, so are your arms. My shoulder, legs, and back never felt lower back pain or uncomfortable after sitting in the chair, and I never lost correct posture or circulation.
The Ekornes Stressless recliner chair lives up to its brand name. The easy adjustment knob situated on the chair’s side could easily control the give and take of the chair. After that, I barely had to lean forward or back for the chair to provide the corresponding support and movement.
There is a unique recline feature that allows you to recline the chair completely into a “sleep position,” which was very cool. Again, the only thing that kept this rating from being perfect was the lack of a fully extended headrest.
I love the chair a lot but found out that it is weak in terms of cushioning. The cushioning in the chair is somewhat saggy and is expansive. On the flip side, this makes it seem broken-in, familiar, and American.
On the wrong side, it appears formless and without original aesthetic direction. Anyway, the chair is by no means ugly or flawed in perfection; it’s merely not exceptional.
I would recommend it for its sturdiness and comfort.
History of the Ekorness Company
The Erkoness company is a brand based in Norway and, with sales across the globe, has been in regular operation since 1934. They began producing the Stressless line of leisure chairs since 1971, and have enjoyed an unbroken string of success with all the chairs.
They are sturdily made for comfort and durability and live up to their reputation as some of the most comfortable recliners in the world.
The Ekornes Stressless recliner is a thousand dollars costlier than the least pricey Stressless, the Consul. Of course, it’s nearly two thousand less than some of the most expensive (and beautiful) Stressless chairs, like the Jazz but is more comfortable as well with the additional padding and surface area.
This is a reasonable price for a top of the line recliner built to stand the test of time.
